At TEMPPUS, your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. That’s why we offer a 1-YEAR WARRANTY on all watches purchased from us. This warranty fully covers any malfunction of the watch’s internal mechanism.
- Internal Mechanism Failure: If within the first year after purchase the watch experiences a failure in its internal mechanism due to an inherent defect of the watch itself and not external factors, TEMPPUS will cover the repair at no additional cost to you.
- Professional Repair: Should the watch require repair under the terms of this warranty, our team of expert watchmakers will carry out the necessary service to return your watch in perfect working condition.
- Aesthetic Damage: Scratches, marks, or any deterioration in the watch’s appearance are not covered by the warranty, as these do not affect its internal functioning.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by incorrect use of the watch, such as exposure to water in non-waterproof models, drops, impacts, or any unauthorized handling will void the warranty.
- Issues Unrelated to the Movement: The warranty does not cover problems unrelated to the watch’s mechanism, such as wear on the strap, battery issues in quartz watches, or damage to the crystal and/or plexiglass.
- Third-Party Handling: If the watch has been opened or repaired by unauthorized third parties not approved by TEMPPUS, the warranty will be automatically voided.
Warranty Claim Process
To make use of the warranty, you must send the watch to our facilities, covering the shipping costs initially. Once we verify that the issue is covered by the warranty, we will cover the repair costs and return the watch to you via express courier, free of charge. If, after inspection, we determine that the problem is not covered by the warranty, we will offer you, if you wish, a detailed repair estimate.
Shipping Conditions for Inspection
If your watch needs to be sent for warranty inspection, TEMPPUS will cover the round-trip shipping costs provided the issue is indeed covered by the warranty. We kindly ask that you include a clear description of the problem when sending the watch to expedite the review process. If after evaluation the problem is found not to be covered by the warranty, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
