Move to Switzerland and film focus

In 1974, Hamilton was acquired by the Swatch Group, leading the company to move to Biel, Switzerland, where they started producing watches with Swiss watchmaking quality and precision. Since then, Hamilton has been known for its high-quality Swiss watches with American designs, maintaining a unique identity that blends American tradition with Swiss technology.

Hamilton has also had a close relationship with the film industry; their watches have appeared in over 500 Hollywood movies, including classics like Men in Black and Interstellar, strengthening their iconic image.
